Parish School of ReligionOur Parish School of Religion offers Religious Instruction for students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. There are two sessions held on Sunday mornings at the Parish Center:
Religious Education Program ObjectivesThe primary purpose of the St. Elizabeth- St. Brigid Religious Education Program is to assist the parents in passing on to their children the Catholic faith. The objectives of our program are fourfold:
General Policies and InformationRegistration for New StudentsNew students transferring from a Catholic School or a Religious Education program or beginning Religious Education classes for the first time are accepted in grades K – 8, after providing a letter of verification from the previous parish that he/she was a member of the parish and completed previous levels of Religious Education. This letter must include sacrament history and include certificates for Baptism, Holy Eucharist, etc. Please provide progress reports if you have them. Re-Registration RequirementsStudents currently enrolled in the program are required to re-register in the spring for placement in the next year’s classes. Forms for re-registration will be sent home with the students and are to be returned on the designated registration Sundays or by mail. See the parish bulletin for registration dates. Fees are payable at time of re-registration. Checks are payable to St. Elizabeth-St. Brigid Church. A late registration fee of $50 will be assessed after the date posted on the registration payment form. Upon receipt of the fee and registration forms the student will be enrolled for the next school year. Parent Volunteer Assistance NeededTeachers, parent aides, and hall monitors are needed to assist with the program.
